The Executive Signal
AirCEO connects to your operating systems and applies a deterministic materiality framework to them. It does not create new data. It does not reinterpret your strategy. It applies encoded logic to what already exists.
1. Connect
AirCEO connects to systems like HubSpot and Xero. We ingest deals, close dates, invoice status, payment timing, customer concentration and revenue trajectory into a reconciled operating layer. No transformation without traceability.
2. Encode materiality
Materiality is defined by declared financial impact bands. These bands apply across revenue movement, cash position, time-to-cash, concentration risk and scenario impact. If a shift exceeds a defined band, it is surfaced. If it does not, it is suppressed.
3. Compress
AirCEO compresses what matters into the Executive Signal — one answer: what materially changed this week? If nothing breached materiality thresholds, AirCEO explicitly states that nothing materially changed. Minor fluctuations are listed quietly beneath.
4. Show receipts
Every surfaced signal includes source system, time window, objects used, assumptions and calculation method. AirCEO never presents a conclusion without showing its basis.
