01 — Connect
Connect HubSpot and your accounting system using OAuth where available. No CSV gymnastics. Read-only by default.
02 — Reconcile (deterministically)
AirCEO resolves timing gaps, duplicates, deletions, partial payments, and mismatches. Anything uncertain is flagged.
03 — Surface executive signal
AirCEO applies encoded materiality logic to generate a weekly signal and answer the five executive questions. It never hides assumptions, and it never manufactures drama.
