Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to and use of AirCEO (the Service) operated by AirCEO Pty Ltd (ABN 62 693 195 210; ACN 693 195 210) of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (AirCEO, we, us, our).
1. Service scope
AirCEO provides an executive decision layer that reconciles Customer-controlled data from supported systems and surfaces analytical outputs (Outputs), including executive signal summaries and related views.
2. No advice; decisions remain yours
AirCEO does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Outputs are analytical and informational only. All decisions made based on the Service are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer acknowledges that business leaders may act on or ignore Outputs. In all cases, responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes remains with the Customer. The Customer must independently verify any Output before relying on it for any purpose.
3. Customer Data; ownership; isolation
The Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to Customer Data. AirCEO does not claim ownership of Customer Data and does not sell, rent, use, train AI models on, or use one customer's data to analyse another customer's data. Customer data is processed on a tenant-isolated basis.
4. Availability; third-party systems
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AirCEO relies on third-party systems and APIs (including HubSpot and accounting providers). AirCEO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and cannot guarantee 100% uptime for those third-party systems or the software systems Customers use.
5. Early access
The Service may be provided as early access. Features may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice. Where practical, AirCEO will inform Customers after changes are shipped.
6. Limitation of liability
The total aggregate liability of AirCEO arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the lesser of: (a) the fees paid by the Customer in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) AUD $10,000.
